Shaykh Rabee' Bin Hadi Al-Madkhali رحمه الله said:
This is an obligation upon everyone to whom Allah – Blessed and Exalted – has granted knowledge, or even a portion of it: he must be a sincere adviser for Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, for His noble Messenger, for His mighty Book, and for this Ummah. “The religion is sincere advice, the religion is sincere advice, the religion is sincere advice.” We said: To whom, O Messenger of Allah? He said: “To Allah, to His Book, to His Messenger, to the leaders of the Muslims, and to their common folk.”
So how can a person give sincere advice for Allah, His Messenger, and His Book, while he is ignorant and blind?!
